Convergys named among world’s top 20 BPO firms

Business process outsourcing giant Convergys Corp. said the company was selected by TrainingOutsourcing.com as one of the “Top 20 Companies in the Training Outsourcing Industry” for the fifth consecutive year.

TrainingOutsourcing.com named Convergys to its fifth annual “Top 20” list among companies specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in order to “create a more efficient marketplace for learning.” In addition, it continued to stress the importance of innovative methods in learning analytics and evaluation methods used to assess the impact of learning on business performance.
