Classic cars take front seat at True Value’s exhibit

Power tools and cars are two of men’s passions. True Value, the by-word in “Hardware In Style” concept, fuels up these two, specifically man’s love for antique and collector cars, during the recently concluded “Vintage in Style” exhibits held at the Rockwell Power Plant mall, Makati and Alabang Town Center in Alabang.

Automobile enthusiasts trooped to the activity center of Alabang Town Center to see and applaud three rare cars— a1953 Jaguar FK120, 1963 Jaguar XKE and the 1965 Porsche 911 — owned and maintained by Jorge See, a noted vintage car collector. The event was kicked off with a live performance of the band Brown, Inc.

Previous to this was the Car Exhibit at the Power Plant Mall in Makati where another vintage car, a 1935 Orange Plymouth owned by Jimmy Barleta was on exhibit by the entrance of True Value-Rockwell branch.

Aside from these spectacular vintage cars, on display were the wide range of quality car care products and accessories that can be found at all True Value outlets.
