Globe Telecom inked an P80-million partnership deal with SM Mall of Asia (MoA) Arena, giving the telco branding and merchandising rights for its mobile telephony services at the new sports and entertainment venue located in Pasay City.
Aside from advertising opportunities, Globe also secured two premier corporate suites which will give Globe guests and subscribers exclusive access to VIP rooms complete with first-class amenities which include an open bar, flat-screen TV, sofa set with tables, a private restroom, and reserved parking slots when attending events and watching concerts.
“We thank our partners from SM MoA Arena led by SM Prime Holdings president Hans Sy for maintaining a non-exclusive facility and open space for advertisers like Globe. With our visibility and presence at the SM MoA Arena, we will be able showcase our brand, our products and services, as well as our thrust on superior customer experience to sports and entertainment patrons, most of whom are subscribers of Globe,” said Ernest Cu, Globe president and CEO.
Just recently, over 14,000 Globe BlackBerry subscribers trooped to the SM MoA Arena for an exclusive chance to see international singer and rapper Nicki Minaj up close and live during her Pink Friday Concert in Manila, touted as one of the biggest and most successful concerts held at the world-class venue.
