Farmers gain access to free solutions, info with UNO Feeds hotline

Taking a holistic approach to supporting the local agricultural industry, UNO Feeds, Robina Agri Partners’ brand of hog feed products, launches a hotline  that gives backyard raisers free access to expert advice and education in an effort to help improve their businesses. Through the hotline, backyard raisers can get over-the-phone assistance for their concerns even without purchasing UNO Feeds products. Agents and veterinarians are on standby to accommodate callers and provide them with professional solutions, from information on Robina Agri Partners’ wide array of products to instructions on the frequency and dosage of medication to be given to animals.
“Before we were just limited to giving free consultations,” explains URC Agro-Industrial Group Marketing Director Jonathan Diño. “But now if you need help, we can send somebody to your doorstep within 24 hours.” Apart from free consultation on animal care and treatment, technical services such as pig tusk removal, tail docking, castration, and administration or injection of medicines will also come without charge.
The hotline is also available for breeder referrals for those looking for gilts or boars, piglet referrals for those looking for piglets to breed or raise and viajero referrals for those selling their pigs.“With UNO Feeds, they can expect new programs that will provide added value as we make it our mission to provide excellent customer service,” says Diño.
A true kabalikat of Filipino farmers, UNO Feeds continue to provide consumers with innovative platforms that support their needs. The 24/7 hotline is located in the GBF Technical Training Center Amang Rodriguez Avenue, Rosario, Pasig City. Farmers looking for additional information and assistance can call the toll-free hotline at 1-800-38-762462, dial +632-395-1170 for landline calls or +63922-8762462 for mobile calls, send a fax to +632-3951169 or email info@robinaagripartners.com.
