Just when everyone thought summer was over, Century Park Hotel proved it otherwise last July 13 as it treated 2011 Top Accounts Awardees and guests in a night of tropical mood, sounds and a feel of island paradise right at the Grand Ballroom of the hotel.
The venue was fully packed with guests and clients gamely dressed in their tropical best. Caribbean sounds dominated the entire ballroom amidst the welcome smiles of the uniformed banquet attendants, who served all attendees with warmth and friendliness.  
This year, a total of 45 awardees composed of companies from the corporate and travel industries were awarded beautiful glass trophies and certificates.  
The Top Account awardees were Philippine Councilors' League of the Philippines, Philippine Tennis Association and Union Network International for the Top Corporate Group category; Nubeeda Travel and Tours Services Inc., Hana Tour and Golf En Sky Tour and Travel for the Top Group Incentive Tour Accounts; Philippine Airlines and Airphil Express for the Top Airline Account category; Attic Tours Philippines Inc., Friendship Tours and Resort Corp. and ARS Dream for the Top Free Independent Travelers Accounts; Union Network International, Diabetes Philippines and Philippine Elementary School Principal Association for the Top Banquet Accounts category; ULVAC Philippines, Westmont Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Comity Consultancy and Manpower Resources Inc., HRD S PTE., Ltd and Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. for the Top Corporate Volume category; and Cathay Drug Co., Inc., Wyeth Philippines and Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals Phils., Inc. for the Top Corporate Convention category.

The event's emcee was the multi-talented Punchline comedy bar talent Kiray, who provided the audience with a good laugh and entertainment, along with the goddesses of belly dance. Guests were also in for a surprise as the hotel raffled off a roundtrip ticket to any destination courtesy of Airphil Express and another roundtrip ticket to any destination, business class, courtesy of Philippine Airlines.    
With a sumptuous selection of bar chow, interesting talk and the well-applauded grand performance by the Sales & Marketing, PR and Banquet staff, the affair proved to be a real tropical escapade!
