Experience shopping and Filipiniana in Manila

Happy Sun Travel and Tours (HSTT), with headquarters in Manila, is currently in partnership with Robinsons Place Manila for their inbound tourists with shopping itinerary included in their tour package.
HSTT has been bringing their tourists, both local and foreign, in Robinsons Place Manila even before the partnership between two parties has been finalized. The company says they chose Robinsons Place Manila because it has deemed it as a convenient shopping destination due to its easy accessibility, convenient drop off and pick up points (especially for the elderly travelers), designated bus parking areas, and most importantly, it has more than 600 retail shops and restaurants of both international and local brands that are carefully zoned in two connecting wings.
During the tours handled by HSTT at the mall, Robinsons Place Manila provides Filipiniana drum beaters' welcome presentation upon tourists' arrival and Filipiniana cultural dance presentation at the events area in the Midtown wing. Half of the event area of the Midtown wing is converted into a festive one-stop shop of quality Philippine-made items ranging from apparel, footwear, home decors, souvenir items, popular regional delicacies and other novelty items. Special discounts for tourists on selected establishments of the mall as well as placement of special directional signs in the dialect of the tourists around the mall are also prepared.
Robinsons Place Manila continues to strengthen its positioning of being a tourist destination. It aims to give convenience to a captive market in the area, which includes guests billeted in nearby hotels and tour groups in nearby travel agencies. A common hallway is now being developed to be a strip of Filipiniana kiosks offering unique assortment of Philippine-made retail and food. Several food tenants of the mall offer exclusive discounts and other special privileges, and is being communicated to travel agencies on a periodic basis.
Robinsons Place Manila's average daily foot traffic is about 270,000 during weekdays and 300,000 during weekends. With a gross floor area of 240,925.65 sq.m. plus a carefully-zoned tenant mix and wide common hallways, shopping becomes easy and convenient for customers despite the huge number of customers per day.
