Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Nicanor Bartolome has ordered the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) to conduct a thorough and swift investigation into the blast that took place in the National Housing Authority (NHA) that damaged several vehicles parked inside its compound.
The explosion took place at around 5:30 a.m., Monday. No one was reported hurt in the blast.
