The Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum resumes its weekly session today with no less than newly-crowned PBA Governors’ Cup champion Rain or Shine as special guests at Shakey’s UN Avenue branch.
Assistant coach Caloy Garcia will accompany players and other members of the Elasto Painters team in the 10:30 a.m. session that was put off for the past two weeks to give way to the coverage of the 2012 London Olympics.
Rain or Shine is fresh from bagging its breakthrough league title Sunday following a hard-earned 83-76 win over B-Meg in the deciding Game 7 of the title series.
Also appearing with the Elasto Painters in the public sports program aired live over dzSR Sports Radio 918 and presented by Smart, the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corp. and Shakeys, are board members of the Interscholastic Athletic Association which opens its new season on Aug. 8, and boxing promoter Bebot Elorde, who will talk about the upcoming “Bakbakan sa Elorde” card.
