Going to the root of beauty

The Body Shop is championing the power of nature for the launch of their high performing new firming and shaping skincare range, Roots of Strength. We never get any younger, but we can look better and fresher with age.
Roots are treasured as one of the most effective strengthening, restoring powers of nature. Growing deep underground, they provide plants with essential nutrients.
The Chinese have been using roots to look after their skin for centuries. Like the natural roots used to boost immunity in Chinese medicine, The Body Shop’s Roots of Strength is infused with three powerful plant roots to help restore your skin’s strength and shape: ginger, ginseng, and ruscus root.
Ginger root extract from the verdant plains of Madagascar is known for its re-plumping qualities; while ginseng root extract from the Jilin province of northeast China is known for its firming properties. Ruscus root extract, on the other hand, comes from the wild oak forests of Europe and is known for its stimulating properties.
The Body Shop Roots of Strength has prepared three high-performing products to complete the forming and shaping routine. These include the Firming Shaping Essence Lotion, which helps prepare and activate your skin for the benefits of routine; the uplifting Firming Shaping Serum that helps wrinkles appear less visible and reduce signs of ageing; and the silky Firming Shaping Cream, which helps skin appear firmer and plumper.
All Roots of Strength products are also 100-percent vegan with Community Trade soya oil from Brazil.

The Body Shop accepts SM Advantage Card for points earning and redemption, SM and Sodexo premium pass in all The Body Shop stores nationwide.
