Buhain, book publisher, cited for outstanding leadership
12/01/2008 Lawyer Dominador Buhain, president of Philippine Book Development Federation (PhilBook) (3rd from left), was recently conferred an Award of Recognition by the Philippine Printing Technical Foundation (PPTF) through its president Benito Brizuela for his outstanding achievement and leadership in the publishing industry and for exerting effort to formulate the Constitution and by-laws of the Federation of the Associations in Asia Pacific on Graphic Arts Technology with the assistance of PhilBook legal counsel Rodelio Dascil (4th from left) and Philbook secretary Dr. Edgardo Paras (2nd from right).
