Energizer has donated hundreds of alkaline batteries and Energi-2-Go phone chargers worth P500,000 to victims of tropical storm “Ondoy.” The donations were coursed through the GMA-7 Kapuso Foundation, the National Disaster Coordinating Council, and the Philippine National Red Cross. Energizer’s long lasting batteries and Energizer’s battery-powered cellular phone chargers are now considered emergency kit essentials because they provide portable power, especially during calamities when prolonged power interruptions happen.
