Petron Car Care Centers: High quality service for less

Petron Corp., the country’s largest oil company, is once again setting a new standard in motor vehicle care. With the opening of more Petron Car Care Centers this year, motorists will be able to enjoy car care service at par or even better than casa service without paying a premium price. This is another way that Petron is fulfilling its promise to fuel the success of Filipino motorists by delivering extra mileage for lesser cost.

The car manufacturer’s service centers are no longer considered the only place to obtain quality car maintenance. Petron has proved that it can deliver quality service and for a lot less.

When the first Petron Car Care Center opened last March 2006, at the Petron Service Station along C5 Diego Silang in Taguig, it featured a double lube bay, a single wash bay and enough parking spaces to service up to ten vehicles. It even had an air-conditioned customer lounge. It was an immediate hit with the car owners in the surrounding area. Soon even motorists from other locales brought their vehicles to the Petron Car Care Center because of the excellent reviews it got from repeat customers.

The key ingredients to the success of this endeavor are the state-of-the-art equipment and the carefully selected Petron Car Care service team composed of a service advisor, a chief mechanic, service technicians, washmen and office clerks, who all underwent intensive training for two months learning about the different Petron products, honing their customer relation skills and perfecting service operating procedures. These have resulted to a high satisfaction and repeat customer rate.

By duplicating this winning formula in other locations, Petron is taking the initiative to bring better service to a wider population. At each Petron Car Care Center, consumers can bring their cars in for various preventive maintenance and repair services such as lubrication; mechanical, under-chassis, and brake repairs; washing, undercoating, general troubleshooting and air-conditioning service.
